She is generous with her smile, her kind manner, and went 'over and above' the call of duty to make certain our trip was everything it should be.  It was beyond our expectations.  My husband and I took the first direct flight to Fiji from Adelaide; we would not have done so if we had been forced to make a connecting flight.  It is a dream to be able to fly directly and we made it in just under 5 hours.  Lyndal, we appreciate your efforts enormously.  FIJI IS FABULOUS!
